<rant>@!#$*% car rental place.  I just realized that we were charged $500.00 too much by the car rental place in San Francisco.  And hey, when Chris called them, could they refund us that overage right away?  Oh no.  And could they cover the $70 in fees that our bank charged us as a result?  Nope.  Gee, given our stint of double unemployment and partial relocation across the country, access to our money is important. 

Unfortunately for them, I have some spare time on my hands.  I am going to complain.  Loudly.</rant>

  1. Try going through the bank/ credit card company? I have only praise for E S & L. They refunded first, investigated later. I’m so sorry to hear about this trouble.
